Technical Manager

WHERE: Braci Staniuków 36, Słupsk

What will you do?

• Leading the Maintenance and Technical Infrastructure function (approx. 100 employees across maintenance, infrastructure and supervisory roles);
• developing and executing a maintenance strategy aligned with business goals, balancing cost efficiency with high production availability;
• driving technical improvement projects, including automation and robotization, to increase productivity;
• maximizing production line uptime and minimizing downtime through effective maintenance planning;
• planning and delivering technical investments covering utilities, installations (power, freezing, HVAC), buildings, machinery and new construction projects;
• managing technical inventory, spare parts, and risk related to asset depreciation;
• overseeing utilities infrastructure and all technical purchasing, including supplier sourcing and risk mitigation;
• implementing long-term inspection and preventive maintenance programs;
• ensuring factory fire protection compliance;
• leading ESG-related technical projects, including funding acquisition and settlement.

We are looking for a person who:

• has technical education (engineering degree or more);
• has at least 5 years of experience in managing a production factory maintenance department (preferable food industry);
• is experienced in managing a team of 50 employees or more;
• shows strength in time-management, communication, strategic thinking, negotiations;
• speaks fluent English;
• has experience in lean culture and ERP systems;
• has experience in building (or rebuilding) the production & warehouse facilities.
