ESG Specialist

WHERE: Braci Staniuków 36, Słupsk

What will you do?

• organize, supervise, and improve the ESG management system in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures;
• prepare the ESG management system for next steps of external ESG reporting in accordance with the coming EU regulations (CSDR, Taxonomy, etc.)
• coordinate reporting ESG data into customers’ ESG platforms (e.g. Eco Vadis, Earthworm);
• actively participate in audits, including planning and implementing post-audit corrective actions plans;
• conduct suppliers audits according to the procedures of the ESG management system, client guidelines, or other ESG system guidelines (social, human rights, environmental etc.);
• organize and coordinate carbon emission reports, including gathering data about suppliers’ carbon footprints.

We are looking for a person who:

• has a higher education degree (Bachelor or higher, preferably fields of study including ESG topics),
• has knowledge of and understands current and upcoming ESG regulations of EU (e.g. CSDR, Taxonomy),
• skilfully analyzes and interprets ESG data, identifies trends, and makes informed decisions,
• speaks and writes well in Polish and English,
• can use Microsoft Office tools,
• has good organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
• has good communication skills,
• is a team player, who knows how to work with other departments,
• is focused on searching for solutions (can do attitude) and willing to go an extra mile.
