ESG Specialist
WHERE: Braci Staniuków 36, Słupsk
What will you do?
- organize, supervise, and improve the ESG management system in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures;
- prepare the ESG management system for next steps of external ESG reporting in accordance with the coming EU regulations (CSDR, Taxonomy, etc.)
- coordinate reporting ESG data into customers’ ESG platforms (e.g. Eco Vadis, Earthworm);
- actively participate in audits, including planning and implementing post-audit corrective actions plans;
- conduct suppliers audits according to the procedures of the ESG management system, client guidelines, or other ESG system guidelines (social, human rights, environmental etc.);
- organize and coordinate carbon emission reports, including gathering data about suppliers’ carbon footprints.
We are looking for a person who:
- has a higher education degree (Bachelor or higher, preferably fields of study including ESG topics),
- has knowledge of and understands current and upcoming ESG regulations of EU (e.g. CSDR, Taxonomy),
- skilfully analyzes and interprets ESG data, identifies trends, and makes informed decisions,
- speaks and writes well in Polish and English,
- can use Microsoft Office tools,
- has good organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously,
- has good communication skills,
- is a team player, who knows how to work with other departments,
- is focused on searching for solutions (can do attitude) and willing to go an extra mile.
