Premium quality Norwegian Atlantic salmon is processed and filleted then cut into ideal-sized portions. The 125 g portions are salted, then dried in controlled conditions before hot smoking over beech wood at around 75°C. Available with ASC or GLOBAL G.A.P. certification. In addition to naturally flavored hot smoked salmon, options include peppered hot smoked salmon. Portions are packed using the MAP and Vacuum technology.

MARINATED SALMON - GRAVAD

Premium quality Norwegian salmon are processed and filleted then ready for marinating. Available with ASC or GLOBAL G.A.P. certification. A wide choose of marinades with herbs such dill and Provencal selection is offered, often unique in character and reflecting seasonality. After marinating in controlled conditions for a prescribed time, the fillets are dried and sliced for packing together with a carefully matched sauce. In additional to Gravad marinated salmon, our offer includes a variety of unique flavors, like Black Pepper, Pesto, Provencal or Toscana. Marinated salmon are packed using the MAP technology.
